I use my cell phone a lot and I needed a good quality headset. I was happy initially. The set up was simple. I was very happy with my initial calls. I was able to hear the callers perfectly. After some more calls, the people on the other side of my calls were complaining that they couldn't hear me. I did some tests and sure enough it worked great 90% of the time but then 10% of the time my voice was muffled or broke up. I ended up returning this product and am I currently tried out the Jawbone Icon.
